Alex Rubio

Alex Rubio (she/they) graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor’s in History and a focus in Latin American History. Having parents who work as domestic and agricultural workers, they understand the vulnerabilities and disadvantages everyday workers face. She currently serves as an educator at a Title I school with students from diverse backgrounds, including children of farmworkers and recent immigrants. Moreover, Alex is committed to advocating for social justice for farmworkers and migrants.
