Meghan Cohorst (23, Immokalee, FL), originally of Valparaiso, IN, is a graduate of Eckerd College. She began her involvement with SFA as an intern during the hurricane-riddled summer of 2004, and has since remained closely involved with the campaign, returning to Immokalee to help plan the 2005 Taco Bell Truth Tour & handling the majority of SFA & CIWs materials production. Meghan enjoys Spanish language & music, traveling, graphic design, and telling bad jokes. She is a recent graduate from the University of Notre Dame where she helped establish a MEChA chapter and helped organize a campaign to cut an athletic sponsorship contract with a local Taco Bell franchisee. She is currently working and living in Immokalee as a Student/Farmworker Alliance and Interfaith Action staff member. She loves to dance and write poetry. He is the son of Portuguese immigrants and a graduate of the City University of New York. For a number of years Marc organized with campus-based, anti-war and global justice movements, and he was an intern with the SFA in the Summer of '05. Marc likes writing, film and little kids.
